- Our Lease Option Program
Program one is for people who can afford to just sell their homes quickly, at a large discount. They are not looking to make any profit (or very little profit) off of the sale. They simply WANT OUT NOW. If, however, you are looking to make a profit on your property and do not need to sell within 30 days, program two is for you. Our Lease Option program is for sellers who have nice homes in nice neighborhoods. What we do in our program is step in and take over your monthly payments so that you do not have to worr about a thing while still enjoying all of the tax benefits of home-ownership.
